Solution

We supplied manual and actuated 623 valves from eight factories – including emergency shut down valves (ESDVs) and motor operated valves (MOVs) – and managed multiple call-offs and order changes during the project. We also managed the project, integration, global logistics, inspections, and engineering requirements.

Impact

Project delivered fully compliant with specifications and within delivery window agreed with the client. Once again, by following our HSP Way principles, we ensured our solution was right first time, achieved zero NCR, and achieved the engineering changes required.
